Natalie helped me sell my home in weird circumstances. I had it slated to go on the market in April of 2019, right as they started the 13th East reconstruction in front of my house. Natalie didn't blink and even offered some ideas I could do over the 7 months the reconstruction that would increase the value of my house. I finally had it all ready in February of 2020, and put it on the marked in early March. The house was on contract when Covid-19 hit and then the earthquakes hit, fortunately it did no damage to my house, but the buyers still pulled out of the sale. Natalie assured me that the house would still sell for a good price, and it did.Through the whole thing, and especially while looking for the townhome I finally bought, Natalie listened to what I was looking for and took care of all the little stuff for me. In early 2018 my husband and I drove in from out of state to purchase a home in UT. We found Natalie's credentials online, reached out to her and she responded to our request instantly. From day one Natalie not only had a very well organized plan to show us many potential listings in a short amount of time, but also she was able to adjust her list of homes to better fit our "forever changing" needs and wants. Once we purchased the home, our "work" circumstances changed and we had to rent our beautiful home through a property management company. During these 2 years Natalie regularly stayed in touch with us sending updates on the real estate market and the town/community. In 2020 additional "work-related" circumstance made us realize that we will not be able to move to UT any time soon so we had to sell the house. Dealing with our tenants and property management company was beyond "painful". Natalie saved our sanity and the day!
